Today, we are pleased to announce two additions to the PuroClean franchise leadership team: Scott Sandel, promoted to Vice President of Sales in PuroClean’s Business Development Department, and Nick Hindle, who joins us as our new Chief Information Officer (CIO).
Scott Sandel: A Remarkable Journey of Dedication
Scott Sandel’s promotion to Vice President of Sales is a testament to his remarkable journey within the PuroClean organization. Over seven years, Scott has exhibited unwavering dedication to our corporate mission and values, most notably during his tenure as Regional Director on our Operations team. His extensive background as a National Accounts Manager and Franchise Business Consultant, along with his bachelor’s degree in business management and human relations, has equipped him with the necessary expertise for his new role.

The leadership at PuroClean is phenomenal, and they have been incredibly supportive during my time as Regional Director and now as Vice President of Sales,” says Scott. “The past roles that I’ve played in regional sales and business coaching have helped me learn the importance of understanding our franchise owners and what they need to grow their business, and I cannot wait to take this knowledge with me in my new role.”

Nick Hindle: Paving the Way for Technological Advancements
Nick Hindle joins PuroClean as our newest Chief Information Officer (CIO), underscoring our commitment to digital development and technology. With a rich professional background, Nick has held senior leadership roles within national and international companies, including Next Gear Solutions. Notably, he was directly involved in PuroClean’s PuroMetrix (PMX) platform rollout on the DASH Enterprise platform of Next Gear Solutions over a decade ago. This experience left Nick with lasting insight into PuroClean’s technological infrastructure as a fire and water damage restoration franchise.
“I’ve known of PuroClean since around 2011, and I’ve always been consistently impressed by the company culture and the culture of each franchise partner’s location,” Nick says. “I cannot wait to begin my next chapter with PuroClean in my new role as Chief Information Officer and continue to help grow the brand through our innovative and technological future.”
As PuroClean continues to experience rapid growth, creating the CIO role is a significant step forward for our franchise leadership. Nick’s skills and passion position him perfectly to elevate our technologies to keep pace with restoration industry trends, bolster our security measures, and optimize our property restoration software systems.
