Here’s what you’ll learn after reading this article:

  • PuroClean celebrated its 25th anniversary with its largest business convention to date, bringing together more than 500 attendees for networking, leadership insights, and an extensive industry expo.
  • Franchise Owners gained actionable strategies through breakout sessions on topic areas like marketing, QuickBooks, sales growth, and AI integration.
  • Nearly 50 awards celebrated Franchise Owners excelling across the network whose success demonstrates what is possible when Franchise Owners actively engage with the PuroClean system and its resources.

PuroClean marked its 25th anniversary during the largest business convention in company history, celebrating the brand’s many accomplishments and highlighting its vision for continued success during the June 9-12 event at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida.

The Annual International Convention, presented with the theme “25 Years of Excellence: Legacy On The Move,” brought together more than 500 Franchise Owners, Home Office Support Team Members, vendor partners, exhibitors, and industry guests. The event also included PuroClean’s largest expo to date with more than 60 participating brands showcasing products, services, and emerging technologies for Franchise Owners to leverage.

From a welcome party to a golf tournament, keynote speeches, awards, and opportunities for learning and connection, this year’s franchise convention was a memorable experience for all in attendance.

A Focus on Franchise Growth

A key goal at Convention was positioning Franchise Owners to build stronger, more profitable businesses for future growth. In presentations outlining PuroClean’s priorities for the years ahead, Chairman & CEO Mark W. Davis, Vice Chairman Frank Torre, and President Steve White emphasized their focus on training, business development, investments in technology, and stronger local market engagement.

“We are proud to bring our Franchise Owners, Home Office team members, and SPAR vendor partners together each year to learn, collaborate, and celebrate the accomplishments that continue to move our brand forward,” White said. “As we celebrate 25 years of excellence, this year’s convention reinforced that our legacy continues to be built through continuous growth, innovation, and a shared commitment to serving our customers and communities. The energy, ideas, and engagement throughout the week demonstrated the strength of our network and the shared vision driving PuroClean into the future.”

As the restoration industry evolves, Davis, Torre, and White seek to equip Franchise Owners with the support and resources needed to grow their bottom lines.

Education and Insight

Throughout the conference, Franchise Owners gain strategies to strengthen operations, improve financial performance, grow commercial relationships, and maximize every revenue opportunity. These are practical takeaways that can be implemented with their teams back at home.

Regional Directors Daniel Thompson and Wade Palmer explored how Franchise Owners can maximize existing opportunities through stronger customer communication, comprehensive job scoping, and additional service offerings. The session demonstrated how a full-service approach to restoration can help Franchise Owners increase the revenue of each job.

Breakout sessions offered a detailed overview of marketing for franchisees, including a panel of Franchise Owners who shared real-world examples of how they use local marketing, public relations, continuing education events, and digital visibility to adapt their strategies to their individual markets and provide peers with practical ideas they can put into action.

Regional Directors Gabirel Lugo and Cad Crowther provided QuickBooks training on financial management, reporting, and business operations to help run a stronger company. Several sessions explored AI, highlighting best practices for using this emerging technology in business as well as the importance of safe and responsible implementation. And a networking group for women entrepreneurs also provided a chance to collaborate and learn new growth strategies from one another.

Top Honors

Recognition was also a big part of Convention, with nearly 50 awards presented for excellence in leadership, business development, operations, customer service, and community impact.

Among other awards, PuroClean also recognized two top-tier franchise locations during Convention. While equally impressive, these businesses reflect dramatically different growth stories.

The prestigious Franchise of the Year award went to Jerral and Chrystal Ingle of PuroClean Restoration Services in Fort Payne, Alabama. Their success is a perfect example of how the PuroClean opportunity is not limited to major metropolitan markets. By leveraging PuroClean’s systems, resources, training, and support, Franchise Owners can build successful businesses and become leaders within the network, even from a rural community.

Meanwhile, the Rookie of the Year honor was presented to John Alessio and Shawn Kelly of PuroClean of Des Moines – Central in Ankeny, Iowa. Their early success demonstrates what new Franchise Owners can aspire to when they actively engage with the PuroClean system and apply the strategies and resources available to them.

A Cut Above

When it comes to franchise conferences, PuroClean’s business convention stands above the rest with an impressive mix of education, collaboration and relationship-building opportunities, direct access to the brand’s leadership, and fun experiences like parties and a golf tournament that add to company culture. But above all, Convention reinforces PuroClean’s continuous investment in Franchise Owner success with a support system that’s focused on long-term growth.

PuroClean Convention reflects what Franchise Owners have access to year-round: ongoing education, experienced leadership, and a network committed to helping one another grow.
