PuroClean’s annual International Convention brought hundreds of people together for coaching and camaraderie in Grapevine, Texas. The five-day franchise Convention paired property restoration Franchise Owners with the Home Office Support Team to enhance their working relationships.

Through hands-on training, networking opportunities, and celebrations of excellence, Franchise Owners embraced the Convention’s theme of engagement and the values that define the PuroClean Way — Servant Leadership, Extreme Ownership, and Active Collaboration.

Events and Gatherings

The Convention kicked off with its annual golf outing at Cowboys Golf Club, where Franchise Owners, vendors, and Home Office team members came together for a day of friendly competition on the course. The event was the perfect way to connect before diving into a full week of panels, workshops, and celebrations.

The PuroWomen’s Growth Group gathered women from across the PuroClean network for an exciting session focused on support and empowerment. As women make up a growing share of PuroClean Franchise Owners, this group strengthens representation and highlights how women thrive in our system, even in a male-dominated industry.

The Strategic Partner Expo launched with energy, and attendees discovered innovative products and services from PuroClean’s committed partners. The ballroom buzzed with activity as Franchise Owners participated in raffles, watched live demonstrations, and built valuable relationships to strengthen their businesses.

Panels and Workshops

PuroClean recruited many national account partners for a dynamic panel discussion featuring third-party administrators and an insurance carrier. The panelists offered invaluable insights into what defines success in today’s restoration landscape and connected with Franchise Owners and PuroClean leadership throughout the Convention.

The Commercial Sales Summit examined best practices for restoration, strategies for business growth, and expansion of commercial operations. Franchise Owners and Home Office team members also participated in hands-on workshops and continuing education sessions covering everything from franchise development and prospect identification to content creation and customer engagement.

The Operations Team led a dedicated financial performance track, equipping Franchise Owners with practical tools to understand and strengthen their bottom line. Plus, an interactive Marketing Workshop demonstrated how the Home Office Marketing Team offers franchise training and support and revealed actionable strategies for creating impactful local content.

Updates and Awards

PuroClean President Steve White offered a company update before Chairman and CEO Mark W. Davis highlighted key growth milestones and shared a vision for PuroClean’s future. White and Vice Chairman Frank Torre also gave an update on the PuroVet Program, while Jason Reis, President and CEO of PuroClean Canada, discussed the brand’s momentum and franchise expansion in The Great White North.

The awards celebration honored outstanding achievements across the PuroClean family. Making history with a first-ever back-to-back win, the Franchise of the Year award went to Nelson and Sujey Rivera of New Jersey for the second consecutive year. Nick Schupbach of Florida was recognized for the Hot Shot award, and Andy Tai of California earned Rookie of the Year.

Franchise Owners also had fun with the inaugural PuroClean Trading Card Challenge. They received collectible trading cards of themselves and the Home Office Team for an interactive game designed to spark conversations and foster connections. Prizes ranged from restoration equipment donated by Convention sponsor Legend Brands to customized website content provided by the Home Office Marketing Team.
