The National Response Team (NRT) expands what’s possible for PuroClean Franchise Owners by unlocking access to high-margin commercial and catastrophe work in the recession-resistant restoration industry. Through national coordination, regional catastrophe (CAT) response networks, and experienced support, Franchise Owners have more opportunities at scale.

Led by a Franchise Owner and supported by the Home Office, the NRT increases job flow across the network. Operating as One Team, it strengthens PuroClean’s national presence while creating incremental revenue opportunities for fellow Franchise Owners.

Mark W. Davis and Frank Torre are the owners of both PuroClean and Signal Restoration Services, creating a unique strategic advantage for PuroClean Franchise Owners to gain access to larger-scale projects. 

Signal focuses exclusively on major large-loss and complex disaster projects. Jobs that exceed a local team’s capacity can be referred to Signal, with Franchise Owners earning referral income or participating as subcontractors. Signal also routes appropriately sized work back to local PuroClean Franchise Owners, expanding revenue opportunities across the system.

We have a sister company called Signal Restoration. … When we graduate a new class of Franchise Owners, the day they walk out of here, … there’s not one size job that they can’t handle because they have an army … of trained professionals that can either handle or help them with a large residential loss or a complex one or the largest, most complex commercial loss.

Each PuroClean Franchise Owner is assigned a Protected Office Location (POL) representing a population of approximately 100,000. Surrounding the POL is a HALO of an additional 150,000 population, which serves as a buffer zone. We will never place another PuroClean in your territory.

This structure enables national account work from the Home Office to be assigned based on your zip codes.

Unlike rigid, boundary-locked franchise systems, PuroClean’s open territory model allows Franchise Owners to pursue work beyond strict lines. You can leverage existing relationships that may extend outside your immediate area and collaborate with neighboring Franchise Owners instead of competing against them.

It’s a structure designed for operators who value flexibility and the ability to scale their business over time.
