We work with a number of sources who can help qualify you for funding. Military veterans can also receive special opportunities through M5.
It is best to speak with us first so we can help direct you to the best contact. We have experts who can help you feel confident about financing and lending opportunities. We want to help – contact our franchise team to learn more about financing options!
We strongly recommend Franchise Owners work from a warehouse location with enough room to store equipment and vehicles and have a small working office (approximately 1,000 – 3,000 square feet). Franchise Owners are able to work out of their homes when first starting their business but should have a plan in place for growth into a dedicated office space.
Through PuroClean’s PuroVet Program, veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces with a DD214 receive a discounted rate of 25% off the initial franchise fee.

Not necessarily. If you already own trucks and equipment, our team will evaluate your current assets to ensure they align with PuroClean operational standards. Vehicles and equipment will be updated as needed to meet required PuroClean branding and system compliance guidelines.
The Opportunity
Remediation companies like PuroClean help people overcome the setbacks caused by water, fire, mold, and other conditions resulting in property damage. Specifically, PuroClean’s fire and water restoration franchise technicians provide water damage remediation, mold removal and biohazard cleanup by employing the newest mitigation technology and procedures while following a strict code of ethics. PuroClean offices are independently owned and operated.
Many successful PuroClean Franchise Owners come from diverse backgrounds outside of the cleaning and restoration industry, so while previous experience is beneficial, it is not required. PuroClean provides comprehensive training and support, including technical training in restoration processes and equipment usage, during three weeks of training at PuroClean Academy in South Florida.
Franchise Owners participate in hands-on training covering all the technical aspects of the business and are also mentored on location by a current PuroClean Franchise Owner. Learn more about the full scope of PuroClean’s training and support.
No. While PuroClean Franchise Owners respond to hurricanes and major weather events, the majority of property damage restoration work comes from everyday incidents like burst pipes, appliance failures, roof leaks, and kitchen fires. Because restoration is driven by routine residential and commercial property damage, not just major storms, demand remains consistent across local markets.
As a PuroClean Franchise Owner, you will have access to both insurance and commercial accounts. We currently partner with some of the top insurance carriers across the nation. While you will have the opportunity to work with our partners on both the insurance and commercial side, you must go through an internal vetting system called the Certified Priority Response Process. This will ensure that you are ready to tackle the work according to our partners’ guidelines. You will have a dedicated representative walking you through the process to ensure that you meet all the criteria and will be able to onboard your territories accurately.

PuroClean does not restrict the growth of any of Franchise Owners, and our network supports an open territory model. New Franchise Owners are provided with protected office locations of 100,000 in population where no new PuroClean offices will be opened. To further allow Franchise Owners to develop and serve their communities, we add an additional HALO of 150,000 in population to expand each Franchise Owner’s reach.
These lines on the map are not walls. Rather, if an opportunity arises beyond your territory and you are qualified for the work, you will be able to take it! Watch a video from our EVP of Operations and Training, Bud Summers explain this a little further.
