R&R Magazine’s Interview About PuroClean’s Operations During the Pandemic

rr-interview

George Hernandez, PuroClean Director of Operations, and Russell Benes, owner of PuroClean of Saint Augustine, FL, have recently been interviewed online by R&R Magazine’s Editor-in-Chief, Michelle Blevins.

They discussed how PuroClean manages operations during the COVID-19 pandemic, our biohazard cleaning services, and how prepared PuroClean is to deal with a national emergency.

“Right after this pandemic started, we started having a daily pandemic call. We discussed CDC updates, OSHA news, and PPE guidelines.” George said.

Russell also added, “we are prepared because of our experiences with big storm losses” and “our industry, as we know it, advertises as recession-proof and that’s come to be true; we’re as busy as we always are, we’re working hard, so this industry is definitely recession-proof.”

As PuroClean co-owner Frank Torre said, “99% equals 0”. That’s a motto that inspires Russell, so he always strives to deliver 100% satisfaction to customers, he said.
