Our New Franchise Owner Training Graduates: Classes of July-September 2019

We’re excited to announce our most recent New Franchise Owner Training (NFT) graduates! NFT is our intense, three-week training program that all our new franchise owners undergo. The program is aimed at helping them to successfully run their PuroClean office. The July and September 2019 classes have completed their training and are already setting up their new offices around the country!

As a franchise focused on helping communities recover from disasters, we can’t wait to see them succeed at their locations. We welcome our new franchise owners to the PuroClean family! Learn more about each graduate below.

Antonio Medina, PuroClean of Wellington, Wellington, FL
Our New Franchise Owner Training Graduates Classes July September 2019

Originally from Mexico, Antonio found his way to Wellington after his career required him to travel to Florida. He brings an array of experience in the corporate world with a background in automation engineering and practicing as an automation consultant for various manufacturers.

Antonio was looking for an entrepreneurial venture that would allow him to stay close to his family while making a difference in his community. Antonio chose PuroClean because of its focus on relentless customer service, understanding, and compassion for people in their time of need, and company expertise in providing world-class service.

Antonio has two children and loves to explore local parks in his area in his free time. He began serving the Wellington community in August and we can’t wait to see where his new business takes him! His PuroClean serves the Wellington, West Palm Beach, and surrounding areas.

Joseph Choi, PuroClean of New Rochelle, New Rochelle, NY

Our New Franchise Owner Training Graduates Classes July September 2019

Joseph brings a wide range of experience in various industries. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut prior to working in the automotive sales industry. Most recently, he spent three years working as a director of operations for an emergency restoration and remediation company.

Joseph made the decision to open a PuroClean franchise when one of his real estate investment properties suffered damage during the polar vortex and he had a poor personal experience with another restoration company. At that point, he knew it was his time to return to the industry to help his community in their time of need. PuroClean’s commitment to becoming a world-class brand and offering relentless customer service are what set this opportunity apart for him and kick-started his entrepreneurial venture.

PuroClean is happy to have Joseph and his team of certified, trained professionals join our exceptional network of franchise owners and looks forward to their success. His new PuroClean serves the New Rochelle, Port Chester, East Chester, Bronxville, Mamaroneck, Rye, Rye Brook, White Plains, and Harrison areas, among others in New York.

Sara Cloud and Lauren James, PuroClean of East Wichita, Wichita, KS

Our New Franchise Owner Training Graduates Classes July September 2019

Sara and Lauren met as their children were part of the same extracurricular activities and discovered they shared a common interest in becoming entrepreneurs who give back to their local community.

Sara began her career as an international flight attendant working for Delta Airlines. The opportunity allowed her to travel the world and explore different cultures, while permitting her to provide exceptional customer service daily. She later worked in the restaurant industry as a part owner for Reata Restaurant in Texas, where she worked in a variety of roles, ranging from event planner to banquet sales coordinator. Following her move to Kansas, she worked as a marketing assistant, planning several summer concert series. Through this experience, Sara immersed herself in the Wichita community. Her husband, Scott, a contractor and real estate investor with over 30 years of experience, will join the team and assist in the day-to-day efforts.

Lauren spent the entirety of her professional career in the healthcare industry, which is where she developed a passion for serving people.  Throughout her career, she has worked as the head of marketing for a specialist’s office and as a dental assistant. Her husband, Tim, has devoted his life to the restoration industry for over 18 years. He began his career as a technician and worked his way up through management becoming the vice president of two different multimillion-dollar restoration companies.

The duo chose PuroClean as they were looking for an entrepreneurial venture that would allow them to create a strong business for their families while helping their local community. As part of the business, Sara and Lauren will focus their efforts on marketing, sales, estimating and office management. While their husband’s, Scott and Tim, will provide all restoration and remediation services to their customers.

The group is committed to providing relentless customer service and PuroClean is excited to see the impact that they will have on the Wichita community. PuroClean of East Wichita will serve the Greater Wichita Metro and surrounding areas.

Kevin Rybak and Jerome Matthews, PuroClean of North Spokane, Spokane, WA

Our New Franchise Owner Training Graduates Classes July September 2019

The duo brings an abundance of experience in a variety of areas to best serve their communities. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Western Washington University and is pursuing an MBA from Washington State University’s Carson College of Business. He began his career as an engineer for Kenworth Truck Company and later explored a career in financial planning. Prior to joining PuroClean, he most recently served as a marketing operations manager at Kenworth Truck Company.

Jerome began his career with Bank of America working his way up the ranks, starting off as a bank teller and moving to a call center junior executive. He later transitioned to a career in healthcare through which he traveled the country training people in injury recovery techniques with the International Cupping Therapy Association.

The team is looking forward to combining their backgrounds to provide their community with exceptional restoration and remediation services. PuroClean of North Spokane will serve Spokane and surrounding cities including Cheney, Deer Park, Spokane Valley, and Liberty Lake.

Randall Barrett, PuroClean of Northwest Rochester, Hilton, NY

Our New Franchise Owner Training Graduates Classes July September 2019

Prior to joining PuroClean, Randall worked as an IT Professional for over 35 years. Most of those years were with Xerox, where he began his career as a software developer and progressed through various leadership roles including project management and operations management. During this time, he supported and led organizations that developed and maintained software systems for various business functions. Most recently, Randall developed a global financial reporting system allowing managers to efficiently upload financial summary information to a central repository to support international financial reporting requirements. Randall’s passion for helping others served as the inspiration for this project.

After decades of working in the corporate world, Randall was ready to explore an opportunity that would allow him to make a difference in his community daily and came across PuroClean. After meeting executives and franchise owners in Detroit, he knew PuroClean was the right business venture to launch his entrepreneurial journey.

We are excited to see all that Randall accomplishes with PuroClean and know that he will do a fantastic job serving the Hilton community! PuroClean of Hilton will serve Northwest Rochester including Greece, North Greece, Charlotte, West Irondequoit, Irondequoit, Spencerport, Hilton, Brockport, Hamlin, Gates, and surrounding areas.

Sadiq Isu, PuroClean Home Savers, Galloway, OH

Our New Franchise Owner Training Graduates Classes July September 2019

Originally from Nigeria, Sadiq graduated from the University of Lagos, before relocating to the United States and enrolling in the University of Illinois to pursue a degree in digital marketing. Sadiq later received a master’s degree in business administration from Franklin University.

Sadiq brings over 10 years of experience in marketing focusing on business to business and business to consumer initiatives. He began his career with Nokia as a Marketing Coordinator and worked his way up to Retail/Project Marketing Coordinator, where he concentrated his efforts on launches and deployment of retail materials in Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, Benin, Ivory Coast, and Niger. Following his move to the United States in 2014, Sadiq began working for HH Gregg as a sales professional before transitioning to Cardinal Health as a senior product/marketing specialist. Most recently, Sadiq worked with Kroger, where he was responsible for seasonal multicultural marketing initiatives.

After purchasing a new home a few years ago, Sadiq’s residence experienced significant damage following a broken pipe while he was on vacation. After going through this extremely stressful situation, he decided to open a PuroClean franchise to offer his community comfort during their times of need. By selecting PuroClean, he found an opportunity to minimize the stress people have to go through following a loss.

Sadiq is committed to providing relentless customer service and PuroClean is excited to see the impact he will have on his community. PuroClean Home Savers will serve areas through Ohio including, Columbus, Grove City, London, Galloway, Obetz, Lockbourne, Choctaw Lake, Newport, and Florence, among other areas.
