Our New Franchise Owner Training Graduates: Classes of March-July 2018

PuroClean is thrilled to announce our March, April, May, and July 2018 classes of franchise owners who have graduated from New Franchise Owner Training (NFT). We cannot wait to see the contributions and relentless customer service that they will bring in their communities. We welcome our new franchise owners to the PuroClean family! Learn more about them below.

Raymond Losego, PuroClean of North Pittsburgh, Imperial, PA

Our New Franchise Owner Training Graduates Classes March July 2018

Prior to PuroClean, Raymond spent 28 years in the printing industry. Just about anything that puts ink to paper, he was involved in — printing folders, paperwork for medical practices, stationery, newsletters and more. While he enjoyed his career, he knew that the industry was on the decline with more companies going paperless and collecting information electronically.

Researching franchise opportunities in the Pittsburgh area, he felt confident in the leadership team behind PuroClean. The business would bring him back to the days that he felt good about going to work. It also utilizes his carpentry background – for the last 40 years, he and his two sons have been flipping and fixing houses as a side gig.

The trio has always worked together gutting houses and helping rebuild them from the ground up. Raymond has kept some and sold some of his revamped homes. One of his sons is a contractor and the other is a physical therapist. Over time, Raymond hopes that they will join him in establishing his PuroClean.

PuroClean would like to officially welcome Raymond Losego to the team! He began serving the community of Heidelberg, PA in April.

Avelina Lamb, PuroClean of Chandler, Gilbert, AZ

Our New Franchise Owner Training Graduates Classes March July 2018

Before purchasing a PuroClean franchise, Avelina worked as a real estate broker for West USA in Arizona. However, her dream was to own a business of her own. Avelina wanted to run a business that would help others and employ members of her community in the process.

Avelina discovered PuroClean, and the restoration and remediation industry via a franchise broker in a slow, steady, and thorough process. She considered a range of factors, including her strengths, personality, career aspirations, and prior experience in real estate, and found that PuroClean was the best fit for her. After traveling to Tamarac, Florida to visit the company’s headquarters, she was sure of her decision. Between the robust corporate support and the opportunity to help others, Avelina couldn’t be happier to join the PuroClean team.

Avelina completed training by the end of March and looks forward to working with her community in the Chandler/Gilbert, Arizona region. PuroClean is excited to have her onboard and cannot wait to see all her success.

Chris Empey, PuroClean of Bluffdale, Bluffdale, UT

Our New Franchise Owner Training Graduates Classes March July 2018

Chris is a veteran to the restoration industry. He worked at his father’s independent restoration business in high school and joined him once again after college. Chris attended Southern Utah University to study finance. After his first semester, Chris took two years off for a church mission in Peru and became fluent in Spanish. He then returned to the university where he completed school and earned his degree. Once returning to work with his father in the world of remediation, Chris felt that they reached their potential as an independent business and to progress, they needed to do something different.

Impressed with PuroClean’s leadership, Chris felt that becoming a franchise owner was his best opportunity. He was also impressed with the  company owners after learning who they were and what they stood for. He felt that by becoming a PuroClean owner, he would be joining a bigger family and he looks forward to working with a group like that on a national scale. Although he is leaving the family business to join another kind of family, he still plans to work with his father on projects as his father now works as an independent contractor. He is eager to start and has big plans, hoping to open more offices in the market.

PuroClean is happy to have Chris join the team and looks forward to seeing his success. Chris’s office is serving communities in the Salt Lake region in Utah, where he lives with his wife and French bulldog, Winter.

Samit Patel, PuroClean of Chamblee, Chamblee, GA

Our New Franchise Owner Training Graduates Classes March July 2018

Prior to joining PuroClean, Samit worked in the marketing field with a focus in experiential marketing. Samit worked with all types of clients – from global brands to local small businesses. As an animal lover, Samit ran a professional pet grooming salon at the same time. He always wanted to open a new business, however. More specifically, Samit desired to operate a business that continuously helps people and has a big impact on his community.

Samit discovered the PuroClean franchise opportunity through family members who are familiar with the restoration industry. After researching the company independently, and visiting the PuroClean headquarters in Tamarac, Florida, Samit knew that a PuroClean franchise was the perfect business opportunity for him.

The PuroClean team is thrilled to welcome him onto the team and cannot wait to see all that he accomplishes through his business! Samit has opened his PuroClean this summer, servicing the Chamblee, Georgia and Northeast Atlanta regions.

Mitchell Woods, PuroClean of North Ft. Myers, North Fort Myers, FL

Our New Franchise Owner Training Graduates Classes March July 2018

We are thrilled to announce that Mitchell Woods has joined the PuroClean franchise system. His PuroClean serves Cape Coral and North Fort Meyers, Florida.

Mitchell comes to PuroClean with a background in both general contracting and business ownership. Since 2012, he’s owned his own contracting company in Southwest Florida. Recently, he began to look for additional revenue streams that will continue to be profitable despite the economy. He had done a bit of restoration work in the past and was interested in the industry. When he attended a trade show and met with executives from PuroClean, he began researching the franchise industry and the opportunity with PuroClean. After speaking with existing franchise owners, he knew it was the best choice for him. He was attracted to the systems they had in place, and his proximity to the corporate office in Tamarac, Florida made it an easy decision.

Making this a true family affair, Mitchell is running his PuroClean office with his wife, LaFonya. Their daughter, Michelle, and son-in-law, Milton, are also a part of the crew. We are incredibly excited to have the Woods on board and have no doubt their family-run PuroClean will thrive for years to come.
