ISSA has featured an important milestone in PuroClean’s history. PuroClean CEO & Chairman, Mark W. Davis, and Vice Chairman, Frank Torre, who have served as majority owners for past four years – are now 100% owners of the PuroClean franchise system, finalizing their acquisition of the business. Since their arrival in September 2015, PuroClean has experienced tremendous growth, including doubling system-wide sales and signing 100+ new franchise agreements.
Mark W. Davis has been in the disaster recovery and restoration business since the age of 27. He co-founded Belfor USA Group Inc., remaining on as CEO and eventually growing Belfor to be a market leader in North America. After selling his shares and leaving Belfor, Davis became CEO of InStar Services Group, departing that company and purchasing Signal Restoration Services alongside with Frank Torre in 2012.
Frank Torre serves as Vice Chairman of PuroClean and is Co-CEO of Signal Restoration Services, PuroClean’s partner company. Prior to acquiring Signal Restoration Services with Mark W. Davis in 2012, Mr. Torre was the Founder and CEO of Torre & Bruglio, Inc., one of the largest commercial landscape architecture and construction services companies in North America.
