George Hernandez

George Hernandez started at PuroClean in 2016 as a Regional Director. He has extensive experience in the restoration industry, having previously worked as an Operations Manager and owner/operator of his own restoration franchise. Hernandez holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, multiple IICRC Master Restorer designations, active Florida licenses as a Mold Remediator and Certified Building Contractor, and is a U.S. Army veteran.

As Senior Vice President of Operations–Commercial Large Loss/Signal Liaison for PuroClean, Hernandez spearheaded coordination between PuroClean and its sister company, Signal Restoration, focusing on commercial large loss workflows and strengthening the partnership between the two companies. He managed large loss opportunities, often being the first on-site to initiate work, creating significant growth potential for PuroClean Franchise Owners. He also oversaw the management and deployment of PuroClean’s Equipment Rental fleet, ensuring franchise operators had the resources needed for large loss and storm events.

Today, as Chief Operating Officer, Hernandez continues to support these functions while leading PuroClean’s operational strategy and execution across the network.
