Duane Marker

Chief Financial Officer

Duane joined PuroClean in June 2017 as the Corporate Controller and was soon made the Chief Financial Officer in September 2018. In addition to leading the Accounting Department, Duane also manages impact groups with regards to financial analysis, sales performance data for franchise agreements, and the overall financial reporting process for corporate financials and that of the entire franchise network.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 30 years of experience in corporate controls, Duane has managed reporting and decision making for industry-leading brands including Sony Electronics and GE Interlogix. Duane is currently an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), and the Alpha Kappa Psi professional business fraternity. In May 2022, Duane was a recipient of South Florida Business Journal’s coveted CFO of the Year award, which honors South Florida’s top financial leaders, strategists, and trailblazers who positively impact the local economy.
