From the very beginning of the pandemic, we made it our mission to facilitate and innovate as much as possible, so our franchise owners could feel safe while doing their important work. We initiated a work-from-home mandate for all our home office team members, allowing them to continue supporting our franchise owners safely, with no break in service. Our corporate office has kept abreast of all CDC guidelines and procedures, providing our franchise owners with ongoing virtual updates, and getting critical resources to all our partners throughout North America as needed. For our new franchise owners, we’ve made sure all onboarding has been done safely, though no less effectively, through new virtual training courses taught in the safety of a virtual classroom.
Because we know how important communication is during times like these, we’ve made daily calls to our franchise owners, reaching out to see how we might best help them and what their needs might be. We’ve generated new videos, marketing materials, and operational procedures that reiterate our commitment to the safety and support of the communities we serve. For us, this is about much more than a bottom line; it’s about leadership, servitude, and a belief in something bigger than ourselves.
