Steve White
Steve White brings over 35 years of industry experience to PuroClean. In 2013, he joined PuroClean as President and COO. His background includes 18 years at Allegra Network, where he served as COO and president of the Signs Now brand. Prior to that, he spent over five years at Domino’s Pizza.
With a former military background as a Captain in the U.S. Army, White has a comprehensive understanding of franchise operations at all levels. He specializes in executive leadership, team building, strategic planning and driving growth for Franchise Owners. A member of the International Franchise Association (IFA) Board’s Executive Committee, White also actively supports veteran initiatives in franchising and serves as a past chair for the IFA’s VetFran Committee.
White is also chair of the IFA Foundation’s Board of Trustees and serves as a founding Member of the IFA Foundation’s Franchise Ascension Initiative. He represents PuroClean as a key member of the IFA’s Education and Advocacy team and attends meetings at the Capitol with members of Congress on pressing issues related to franchising. White also serves as an Advisory Board Member of the Palm Beach Atlantic University – Titus Center for Franchising.
Under White’s leadership, PuroClean has doubled its number of franchise locations, tripled the average franchise unit sales, and quadrupled profitability and system-wide sales since he first joined the network, with franchisee profitability increasing over five times.
Prior to joining PuroClean, national account program work was non-existent for this brand. As of 2024, program work has resulted in over $90 million to Franchise Owner sales. Under White’s leadership, PuroClean’s Executive Leadership team received a Silver Stevie® International Business Award for Management Team of the Year.
Recognized by various distinguished companies for his contributions to the brand, White was recognized as a most distinguished C-Suite executive with South Florida Business & Wealth Magazine’s Apogee Award; he has earned a Silver International Business Award (IBA) for the Executive of the Year – Business or Professional Services (2021), a Gold IBA Lifetime Achievement Award – Consumer Services (2022), is the current Chair of the International Franchise Association (IFA)’s Foundation Board of Trustees and Past Chair of the VetFran Committee.
