Calimesa, CA – (July 3, 2019) – California resident, Kurt Nix, has answered the call to serve the local community, becoming the designated local “Paramedic of Property Damage” with the opening of his new PuroClean franchise located in Calimesa, California. Nix will lead a team of highly trained technicians to help home and business owners with water, fire, mold, and other property issues, 24/7. PuroClean of North Redlands will serve the Redlands, Yucaipa, Calimesa, Beaumont, Highland, San Bernardino, Loma Linda, and Moreno Valley areas.

Nix brings a wealth of knowledge in the restoration industry with over 40 years of experience as a restoration contractor and technician. At the beginning of his career, he operated Raincross Carpet and Fabricare, providing upholstery, carpet, and drapery cleaning services in the Riverside, California area. During this time, Nix served on the Carpet and Fabricare Institute (CFI) board of directors for eight years, organizing regular CFI monthly chapter meetings for the technicians in the area. In 1998, he purchased a restoration franchise where he provided fire and water damage remediation services for insurance claims throughout the greater Orange County area. He later moved back to his hometown, Yucaipa, where he provided similar fire and water damage restoration services in his local community. PuroClean made a great fit for Kurt’s next business endeavor because his goals aligned with the brand’s.
