On October 20, 2025, the PuroClean PuroVet Program proudly served as one of the sponsors of the Tunnel to Towers Liberty National Golf Classic, held at the prestigious Liberty National Golf Course in Jersey City, New Jersey. The event united veterans and first responders, as well as some of the industry’s most powerful business leaders and celebrities in a formidable display of gratitude for those who have sacrificed for our nation.
Standing on a course that overlooks the Statue of Liberty and the New York City skyline added an especially meaningful touch to the day — a powerful reminder of the freedoms our veterans fought to protect. For the PuroVet team, it was an honor to support an event that directly benefits the heroes who continue to serve their communities long after their military careers end.
Representing PuroClean and the PuroVet Program were Frank Torre, Vice Chairman of PuroClean, and Paul Edelstein, Director of the PuroVet Program. Their attendance demonstrated PuroClean’s continued commitment to giving back to the veteran community and supporting initiatives that align with PuroVet’s mission to empower veterans in business ownership and entrepreneurship.
Torre, a longtime supporter of veteran causes, shared the day with his friend Frank Siller, Chairman and CEO of the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, whose mission honors the sacrifice of firefighter Stephen Siller and supports America’s heroes. Torre’s friendship with Siller underscores PuroClean’s shared belief in service, resilience, and giving back to those who’ve given everything.
The Liberty National Golf Classic featured a number of high-profile attendees and celebrity golf supporters, including comedian and actor Kevin James, who joined participants on the course to help raise funds for the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. The event raised awareness and resources to provide mortgage-free homes to Gold Star families and first responders who’ve lost their lives in the line of duty.
“Frank Torre and the PuroVet Program represent what it truly means to carry service beyond the uniform,” said Siller. “Frank has been a dear friend for years, and I deeply respect his passion for helping veterans transition to meaningful careers. Through PuroVet, he’s giving our heroes a chance to build businesses, create jobs, and continue serving their communities in a powerful new way.”
PuroClean’s PuroVet Program was created to empower veteran entrepreneurs by helping them transition from military service to franchise ownership within the booming property-restoration industry.
