New franchise owners begin with a three-week training at the PuroClean Academy in South Florida. At this $1.5 million dollar facility in South Florida, new owners will have hands-on training that covers technical training, sales and marketing, financials, operations and all other facets of business management. Once training at the Academy has concluded, new franchise owners are mentored on-location by a current PuroClean franchise owner.

PuroClean Flood House and Property Cleaning Facility

Our IICRC-approved, 1,200-square-foot flood house is the focal point of the real-life practical training as a new franchise owner. Only one of 27 in the world, the facility is designed for you to have real-life fire and water damage restoration training for any residence in any region of the country. In March 2019, we celebrated the 100th flood in the flood house, which marked a major company milestone and is a testament to the continued high-level fire and water damage restoration training provided.

PuroClean also has a custom contents cleaning facility furnished with the latest equipment where we teach you the very best approach to cleaning damaged contents for fire and smoke damage restoration jobs. You’ll be more prepared than the competition to take advantage of huge water damage restoration and fire and smoke mitigation opportunities.

The PuroClean Mentorship Program

PuroClean goes the extra mile in supporting new franchise owners through its Mentorship Program. This program pairs new franchisees with experienced PuroClean owners. Over four days, on-location at the mentor’s established business, new franchise owners gain firsthand insights into the complexities of property damage restoration. This close mentoring relationship fosters an environment where newcomers can learn from seasoned professionals and benefit from their knowledge and expertise.
