Prior to opening his PuroClean franchise, Chris pursued a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice at Northern Essex Community College. He also played professional baseball for the Minnesota Twins as a left-handed pitcher from 2006 through 2009. Anderson then began a career in the restoration industry in which he worked for an independent restoration company as division manager.
During this time, he noticed a shift in the industry toward program work and decided to research restoration business opportunities in the market, ultimately opting for PuroClean. He is eager to go to work every day to help people recover from devastating property damage situations.
Chris is committed to providing excellent customer service and PuroClean is excited to watch his unparalleled commitment to his community. PuroClean of Southern York County will serve cities in Maine including Berwick, Kennebunk, Sanford, and Waterboro, among others, as well as parts of New Hampshire.
Chris has an extensive real estate background, with experience in flipping homes, operating restaurants, and owning a storage facility business. His son, Rocky, graduated from high school in 2018 and within a year, received his associate’s degree from Morgan Community College.
The team is eager to open their PuroClean franchise and offer their community first-class service, while working to establish trust with their customers. They selected PuroClean to begin their restoration business after exploring other restoration franchise concepts and determining that PuroClean’s business model and corporate structure best represented their needs for a franchisor.
We are excited to welcome the father-and-son duo, Chris and Rocky, to the PuroClean family. PuroClean of East Aurora will service the Aurora, Brighton, Bennett, Denver, Fort Collins, Greeley, Hudson, Strasburg, and Windsor areas.

Over the last 20 years, Gerald and Jessica Beck have worked together as owners of Poisel Construction Inc., a construction company which specializes in excavations for basements and pools, grading, clearing land, installing driveways, septic system installation, and demolition. The company has been in Gerald’s family for the last five decades. From an early age, Gerald learned the necessary tools to lead the company from his grandfather and by the time he graduated high school, he was running the business. In 2001, the Becks purchased the company from Gerald’s grandparents and quickly grew their team from two to 10 employees.
Gerald and Jessica were in search of a business opportunity to diversify their portfolio and decided that PuroClean was the perfect addition. They selected PuroClean because of the opportunity to help people in their community, and because of the quality support for franchise owners and the established reputation for being the best in the industry.
The PuroClean family is excited to see the impact that they will have on their community. PuroClean of Lafayette will serve Tippecanoe and surrounding counties, including Lafayette, West Lafayette, Monticello, Kokomo, Logansport, and Rossville.
Kurt brings a wealth of knowledge in the restoration industry with over 40 years of experience as a restoration contractor and technician. At the beginning of his career, he operated Raincross Carpet and Fabricare, providing upholstery, carpet, and drapery cleaning services in the Riverside, California area. During this time, Kurt served on the Carpet and Fabricare Institute (CFI) board of directors for eight years, organizing regular CFI monthly chapter meetings for the technicians in the area.
