After serving his country, veteran Russell Benes opened his first PuroClean property restoration office in 2014 in Northeast Florida. His business has grown over the years, and he now has two separate offices. We asked him a few questions about his experience working with PuroClean.
As a Veteran, what made you decide to purchase a PuroClean Franchise?
I like organization and structure.
What would you tell a prospective owner looking at the PuroClean opportunity today?
PuroClean offers an organization structure like the military. If you follow the plan, your business should be successful.
What value do you think you bring to the network now, in your experience and background?
I bring proven leadership skills to PuroClean. I believe there is more than one way to do a certain task right, so if the task isn’t going to hurt anyone or cost a lot of money if not performed correctly, I like to give my guys the opportunity to grow in decision making.
How do you think your military experience will help you achieve your goals with PuroClean?
I worked long hours while deployed and that’s what it will take to be successful with PuroClean, until you put the right team in place.
